For something truly exceptional, try Branding Iron. This spirit is distilled from corn sugar & infused with oak. It is flavored with cinnamon and real jalapeños are dropped into each bottle for a unique, one-of-a-kind taste. Our jalapeños are harvested locally at the family’s ranch. The first note you pick up on is the sweetness of the cinnamon at the tip of your tongue that soon warms you with a little heat from the jalapeño, and comes back around to finish with the cinnamon. 80 proof or 40% ABV.

1.5 oz. BLD Branding Iron

4 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream

⅛ tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

INSTRUCTIONS: In a blender combine Branding Iron and Vanilla Ice Cream. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a highball glass and sprinkle with a dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice.

1.5 oz BLD Cinn-ister Apple

1 oz Heavy Cream

Ginger Beer to fill

INSTRUCTIONS: Combine all but Ginger beer in Shaker cup, pour over fresh ice fill with Ginger Beer

INSTRUCTIONS: Combine ingredients in a highball glass. Ice is optional. Enjoy the creamy cinnamon with a twist of pumpkin! It’s delicious.
